Submit an Article Idea

CFO Studio Magazine accepts the submittal of original written articles of 500 to 1,000 words from finance executives on topics of interest to the Publication’s readers.  Submitted articles may not be advertisements or solicitations, in whole or in part.  All articles submitted are subject to review, may be accepted or rejected, and may be published at future dates, as determined by and in the sole discretion of CFO Studio Magazine.

CFO Studio Magazine invites companies interested in submitting advertising content to contact the Magazine’s advertising sales representatives.

There exist many approaches to writing business articles.  Style, form, and content are all important factors when seeking to convey information, a story, a point of view, or otherwise.  Of course, accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness play an important role in the quality of the written word.

Below is one recommended format that CFO writers may wish to follow when developing articles for submittal to CFO Studio Magazine.

  1. State a problem or challenge
  2. State your recommended solution
  3. Describe your approach to achieving the solution
  4. Describe expected or possible obstacles in achieving the solution
  5. Describe alternative solutions
  6. Prove your recommended solution or the approach to achieving it with a brief case study describing problem, steps taken, obstacles overcome, and outcomes
  7. Draw a conclusion

All articles submitted are subject to review, and may be accepted or rejected in the sole discretion of CFO Studio Magazine

CFO Studio will review your submission and respond to you in one to three weeks. Please note that making a submission does not constitute acceptance by CFO Studio or a guarantee that your article will appear in CFO Studio Magazine, nor does it provide the person(s) making the submission with any exclusivity, guarantee, or other protection. CFO Studio welcomes new original ideas and respects those who generate great ones. However, by submitting your ideas, you acknowledge that multiple parties may submit the same or similar ideas, and that CFO Studio will be free to accept or reject any ideas, whether in whole or in part.
