| Michael Eldredge American Sensor Technologies Chief Financial Officer Michael Eldredge is one of the founding partners of American Sensor Technologies, Inc., a high-technology sensor developer and manufacturer where he is its Executive Vice President – COO / CFO and Chairman. Prior to the start of American Sensor Technologies Michael held various managerial and executive positions with such noted companies and American Cyanamid, Johnson and Johnson and later with Biosearch Medical Products and Measurement Specialties.With a broad background in finance and administration, Michael leverages his talents and gained experiences in one of the most successful sensor companies formed in the past 12 years. | Bert Marchio Edge Therapeutics Chief Accouninting & Operations Officer Mr. Marchio brings 25 years of experience in senior financial leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, with the last 19 years spent in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Edge Therapeutics, an early stage, hospital-focused biopharmaceutical company. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Informed Medical Communications. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Treasurer of MedPointe where he helped lead the financial turnaround and eventual sale of the company. Mr. Marchio is also a Managing Operating Partner with Three Fields Capital, a multi-strategy investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare related companies. Currently, he serves as CFO at Fidelus Technologies, a leading provider of unified communication and collaboration services. Previously, Howard was CFO at cloud services provider External IT. In these roles he has upgraded the finance organizations and driven strategic decision-making through business case development.

Having served in the COO capacity in both public and private organizations, he brings demonstrated success in finance, operations, M&A, strategic alliance negotiations, has raised debt and equity financings, and has handled private, public and IPO financings in both growth and turnaround companies. Mr. Savadelis has served as COO in several companies, on the audit committee and as a Board member of a public biotech company. In his past role as CFO of AE Polysilicon Corporation, he most recently worked with the Department of Energy to negotiate a $250M loan guarantee, and was responsible for the executing market capitalization by 600% to over $130M for a biotech company. He previously managed a $2.4B cash portfolio and worldwide cash flows for Bristol-Myers Squibb. Mr. Savadelis earned his B.S. in biology from Albright College and his M.B.A from Cornell University. |
