Andrew, an award-winning and lifelong corporate real estate executive, previously founded Real Estate Strategies Corporation (“RealStrat”), and in 2015 transitioned his practice to the global real estate services company. Andrew serves as a Managing Director , business development capacity, and is responsible for client relationship development and delivering strategic real estate advisory services domestically and globally, for various commercial property types, with expertise in portfolio alignment strategies, M&A real estate support, acquisition and disposition transaction services, creative lease restructure strategies, owned real estate monetization alternatives, facilities services, and more. Andrew previously held real estate licenses in nine states, held the position of Senior Managing Director at Insignia/ESG, served as NJ Chapter President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and on multiple national committees, spent eight years on the Board of Directors (three as Chairman) of Real Estate Advisory Development Services (“READS”), a tax-exempt charter school development services organization, and has served as served as an expert witness in multiple real estate related legal cases. Andrew currently services as a member of the finance committee of Atlantic Health System, parent of Morristown Memorial Hospital and other critical healthcare delivery facilities.
