|Bio:Mr. Marchio brings 25 years of experience in senior financial leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, with the last 21 years spent in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Informed Medical Communications. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Treasurer of MedPointe where he helped lead the financial turnaround and eventual sale of the company. Mr. Marchio was also a Managing Operating Partner with Three Fields Capital, a multi-strategy investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare related companies and served as a Senior Consultant for Alliance for Leadership, a Human Capital Management consulting company that delivers value by changing how work gets done.
