In a CFO StudioLIVE Interview with Andreas Brauch, CFO of Hapag-Lloyd discusses how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the global shipping industry, the measures Hapag-Lloyd has taken to react to the crisis, and how he and his colleagues are planning their return to normalcy.

About Andreas Brauch:

Andreas Brauch is the CFO for Hapag-Lloyd North America, which includes the US and Canada. He is responsible for FP&A, Finance/Accounting, Treasury, Legal/Compliance, Tax, IT and business systems, heading a team of 110 staff based in Piscataway, NJ and Atlanta, GA. Andreas is the CFO of Hapag-Lloyd North America, which includes the U.S. and Canada operations.

Andreas started his current position as Hapag-Lloyd NACFO in March 2020. Since then, Andreas has been largely operating from his home office, as have we all. Prior to coming to the U.S., Andreas was responsible for global FPNA in Hapag-Lloyd’s corporate headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. Andreas joined Hapag-Lloyd in 2017 and has led several strategy and integration projects.
